Renee HR Consulting, LLC. provides professional services for individuals, which includes youths, adults, organizations; non-profit, for profit, start-ups, etc. Charlene has over 20 years of human resources management expertise. She advises business owners, organizations, and individuals on human resources services and solutions. Charlene is also a licensed financial representative, which she advises individuals on financial well-being. She has been an Adjunct Instructor, Certified in Mental Health First Aid –Youth & Adult for several years, and she is a certified Everything DiSC (personality assessments), Lean Six Sigma, and Emotional Intelligence professional. Charlene also facilitates workshops, webinars and other services. She provides these services, as well as training and development on Job Readiness Skills, Resume Writing, Interviewing Techniques, Financial Well-Being (Literacy), Compliance, and other 'Best Practices' to clients and businesses.

Charlene has worked for Corporate America in executive and leadership roles, providing result driven success for several fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations throughout her professional career.
